The terms and conditions are subject to change, at our sole discretion, and any changes we make will be reflected on this page. Please ensure that you review this page regularly as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use the site after it has been posted.
3. Material on the web site
You may download and print extracts from the material on this website and make copies of these for your own personal and non-commercial use only.
