There are a range of registration options available to suit all interests and budgets for Clean Energy Week 2013.
Whether you want to attend all aspects of the conference, one day or a networking dinner - you can tailor a package to suit using our online registration process.
Full payment of fees is required before registrations can be processed and confirmed.
Clean Energy Week is a fully catered conference; morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be available in the exhibition halls.

Students/Community groups
Students must be enrolled full-time in a course in renewable energy or similar and provide their Student ID Number at time of booking to qualify for discounted registration. Students must bring their Student ID card for verification at the conference.
Community Groups (not-for-profit and NGO's) may qualify for a discounted registration. Please call Sasha Pell at the Clean Energy Council on 03 9929 4128 to verify your details and obtain the community discount code.
Onsite registrations
Registrations for the conference will close on Friday 19 July. Late registrations may be accepted onsite subject to availability. Additional fees apply. Delegates who choose to register onsite will be required to pay for all related costs immediately, via credit card. Receipts will be sent to the delegate concerned after the conference.
The organisers cannot guarantee that collateral, such as satchels, will be available to onsite registering delegates. In addition, there is a risk that the social events may be fully booked.
This policy has been implemented to enable a greater efficiency in the coordination necessary during the lead-up to the conference, and to ensure the most enjoyable conference experience possible for everyone involved.
Conference name badges
All delegates, accompanying partners, sponsors and exhibitors will be provided with a barcoded name badge. Please wear your name badge at all times as it indicates your entry into applicable sessions and social events.
Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations must be received via email on or before Friday 5 July 2013. All cancellations will incur a $150 administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Friday 5 July 2013, however subsitutions will be accepted until Wednesday 10 July 2013.
Non-attendance does not constitute a cancellation. Full registration fee is applicable for non-attendance.

Terms & Conditions
Credit card
MasterCard and Visa are accepted forms of credit card payments. Credit card payments will appear as The Event Management Group on your credit card statement. Please note this as any investigations to confirm these details to accounts departments may incur a fee. There is a 2% surcharge applied to Visa and MasterCard payments.
Registration acknowledgment - Tax invoices are your confirmation
If you successfully register online you will receive an immediate response to let you know your registration was successful. If you do not receive this response your registration attempt may have failed. Please check your credit card statement and try again at a later stage.
You will also receive a tax invoice as confirmation via email within 7 days of your registration. Please note a tax invoice will only be sent to the email address of the person who appears on the registration form. Group payments will only be sent one tax invoice to the group organiser and this should be distributed to each member of the group as confirmation of paid registration. Individual confirmation letters will be sent closer to the event.
In particular please note that accommodation bookings made on your behalf will appear on this tax invoice also. Please check them carefully and advise any amendments within 5 working days of invoice as these bookings are binding. No charges will appear next to your accommodation booking as the hotel will charge you directly and provide tax invoice upon check out.
